Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Booking Agent to strengthen our operations team. You will be the bridge between clients, guides, drivers, and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of our bespoke tours and managing complex requests with professionalism.
You’ll thrive with us if you:
- Have 3+ years of proven experience as a Booking Agent or in luxury travel/hospitality.
- Are fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Are comfortable with reaching our office in Florence
- Are proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented, with a strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Can handle pressure gracefully while keeping clients reassured.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end bookings, from first inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
- Create detailed proposals and quotes for clients and travel agents.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service and communication.
- Coordinate seamlessly with guides, drivers, and suppliers, handling confirmations, changes, and last-minute requests.
- Provide real-time support during tours, resolving issues with efficiency and calm.
- Keep itineraries, calendars, and booking systems updated and accurate.
- Gather and report feedback to constantly improve our standards.
Your daily responsibilities
- Respond to client requests with tailored proposals and correct pricing.
- Confirm services, update itineraries, and verify bookings.
- Monitor tours in progress and manage live changes when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
