Bologna & Turin Manufacturing HR Generalist

Lincotek Group, headquartered in Parma, Italy, seeks an HR Generalist based at the Bologna plant to coordinate HR processes across Bologna and Turin sites. You will collaborate with plant managers and COEs to implement policies and manage personnel administration, labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, and people development.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial HR, knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL Metalmeccanico, fluency in English, and willingness to travel to Turin.
