Role Summary
The Body Parts & Collision Parts EE Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing commercial agreements with major insurance groups to promote the adoption of Stellantis Genuine Parts across the European region. The role ensures operational and commercial coordination with insurance affiliates, drives sales performance, and defines strategies to influence repair authorization intermediaries toward the use of genuine Stellantis products. The position reports to the B2B Parts Sales Operation Manager EE .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate commercial agreements with leading insurance groups to incentivize the use of Stellantis Genuine Parts in vehicle repair processes.
- Coordinate operational and commercial activities with insurance affiliates across Europe to support, align, and monitor sales performance related to established agreements.
- Define and implement strategies to influence and manage intermediaries involved in the vehicle repair authorization process, ensuring preference for Stellantis Genuine Parts.
- Track and analyze sales KPIs , providing regular reporting, performance insights, and improvement plans.
- Strengthen relationships with key insurance stakeholders to secure long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Parts Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, Legal, and Supply Chain) to ensure execution of commercial initiatives and compliance with contractual frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in B2B key account management, preferably within the automotive, insurance, or after‑sales parts sectors.
- Solid negotiation and relationship‑building skills with corporate clients.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to monitor KPIs and commercial performance.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and cross‑country environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
