The Italian M&A Advisory team supports corporate clients and financial sponsors in achieving external growth strategies through mergers, acquisitions, asset disposals and listings.
The Italian M&A Advisory team is expanding its junior base. The team is a part of a global group of over 400 professionals, collaborating across regions to deliver integrated advisory services.
Primary Responsibilities
As a full‑time Analyst in M&A Advisory Italy, you will support all activities associated with the marketing and execution of M&A mandates, including preparation of marketing material, company valuations, financial modelling and deal execution.
What We Expect From You
- Education: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance; Master degree in Management Engineering (Specialization in Finance).
- Behavioral skills: Ethical standards, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem solving; ambition/learning curve; strong drive for achievement; responsiveness; communication and organizational skills.
- Technical skills: Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken); strong knowledge of accounting and financial techniques; financial modelling & valuation analysis; presentation skills. 1 year of experience in Investment Banking (preferably within M&A advisory) or Private Equity.
Contract type and Remuneration
Full‑time contract according to experience.
