Responsibilities

As a PEOPLE SERVICES LEGAL ENTITIES INTERNSHIP you will:

• Learn the various ways of entry and internal mobility (recruitment, internship, secondment) within the Group.
• Manage Time Management for several CCNL and CIA reference agreements.
• Be involved in support activities for the operation of processes.

Key Support Activities

• Provide specialist support to the Legal Entities structures of the BNPP Group.
• Assist directly to collaborators.
• Communicate with external entities.
• Preside on regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and report HR data.

Candidate Ideal

• Young university graduate in economics, law or related disciplines.
• Shows commitment, passion, energy and positivity.
• Communicates with clarity and fluidity.
• Is capable of managing critical situations.
• Has knowledge of labor law.
• Keeps up-to-date with regulatory changes that affect the field.
• Is comfortable working with data.
• Has a good command of English and the Office suite, especially Excel.
