Job Title - Blockchain Tester & DLT Application Support (3rd support level)

Location – Milan OR Bari, Italy

Mode of Work - Hybrid (2 Days onsite in week)

Detailed Job Description:

Skills:

Mandatory Skills : Hashgraph, Hyperledger Fabric, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, R3 Corda, Ethereum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dialogue with developers regarding design of test tools
  • Test analysis based on requirements and technical documentation, which then leads to the creation of test cases.
  • Preparation and participation in testing during the various release phases: Identification, analysis, documentation, and monitoring of defect resolution.
  • Define and set of infrastructure tests in collaboration with the infrastructure-architecture team.
  • Installing the DLT Application in the Internal Test environment.
  • Managing the Internal Test environment (PostgreSQL database, DLT technologies, etc.)
  • Executing tests and reporting results, identifying issues and possible solutions scenario.
  • Knowledge Transfer to the customer during UAT Phases (preferably in Italian Language)
  • Writing the “delivery note” documents and support the infrastructure team during the release phase in the production environment.
  • Application Support third level (release and incident management).
  • Analysing monitoring result about system and application performance and evaluate needs to ensure optimal performances
  • Incident management and troubleshooting, customer & Developer meetings (preferably in Italian Language)
  • Information & Change request management
  • Application maintenance and improvement.
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer to the 1st and 2nd support level
