Location – Milan OR Bari, Italy
Mode of Work - Hybrid (2 Days onsite in week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Dialogue with developers regarding design of test tools
- Test analysis based on requirements and technical documentation, which then leads to the creation of test cases.
- Preparation and participation in testing during the various release phases: Identification, analysis, documentation, and monitoring of defect resolution.
- Define and set of infrastructure tests in collaboration with the infrastructure-architecture team.
- Installing the DLT Application in the Internal Test environment.
- Managing the Internal Test environment (PostgreSQL database, DLT technologies, etc.)
- Executing tests and reporting results, identifying issues and possible solutions scenario.
- Knowledge Transfer to the customer during UAT Phases (preferably in Italian Language)
- Writing the “delivery note” documents and support the infrastructure team during the release phase in the production environment.
- Application Support third level (release and incident management).
- Analysing monitoring result about system and application performance and evaluate needs to ensure optimal performances
- Incident management and troubleshooting, customer & Developer meetings (preferably in Italian Language)
- Information & Change request management
- Application maintenance and improvement.
- Documentation and knowledge transfer to the 1st and 2nd support level
