We’re hiring for Biostimulants Business Leader, Italy .
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual sales and marketing plans for the designated products, tracking performance against benchmarks (prices and volumes vs. purchase orders), conducting stage reviews, addressing significant deviations, and proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Develop and implement holistic product strategies including project scheduling, price evolutions, label extensions, and licensing opportunities. Collaborate with European Product Managers and align with regional business strategies.
- Formulate regionally aligned product pricing strategies based on market research and projected demand.
- Lead cross-functional Local Product Concept Teams to define new project requirements, build business cases, articulate priorities, delineate product attributes, shape value propositions, and craft sales arguments.
- Manage the funds allocated to programs in the Country.
- Implement advocacy/endorsement strategies defined by LPCTs with authorities and stakeholders at national level.
- Directly manage a team of Technical and Market experts, planning trials and demos to support knowledge transfer for new and existing products.
- Analyze diverse market segments, coordinate with stakeholders, gather grower insights, synthesize product feedback, assess competitive dynamics, discern market trends, identify threats, uncover new opportunities, and address customer needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (master's in marketing is an advantage).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agribusiness sector, including product management, development, or commercial roles.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural market, especially regarding the assigned product portfolio, with familiarity with operational planning and product development processes.
- Proven track record of creating, launching, and managing brands or portfolios.
- Results- and business-oriented; ability to work closely with customers and address their needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork; loyal and committed to the organization and team members.
- Proficiency in market research with strong analytical skills, including economic analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and English fluency.
- Problem solving and adaptability.
