Philogen S.p.A. is a biotechnology company whose mission is the development of targeting products for the imaging and therapy of life-threatening diseases with a strategic focus on cancer diseases.
Philogen S.p.A. would like to hire a highly motivated Bioanalytical Scientist to join our Bioanalytic Laboratory. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute their expertise while growing in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform bioanalytical testing in preclinical and clinical framework and support method development using mass spectrometry and ligand binding assays
- Ensure accurate data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Work closely with colleagues across functions to achieve project goals
What we are looking for:
- At least Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Hands-on experience with quantitative mass spectrometry techniques
- Previous exposure to regulated environments (GLP) is a strong advantage
Key skills and competencies:
- Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and common laboratory software
- Good written and spoken English
