BIM Specialist Structure

One Works is looking for a BIM Specialist Structure to join our team in Milan/Venice.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants across various scales and infrastructure sectors, including airport masterplans, metro stations, high-profile infrastructures, and complex building extensions.

Your duties and responsibilities :

• Create complete digital models (geometries and information);
• Model structural concrete and steel elements;
• Develop reinforcement details and drawings;
• Model steel joints;
• Manage information and extract data from models;
• Edit drawings (schematic, detailed, construction design);
• Participate and contribute to project meetings;

Minimum requirements :

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
• At least 4 years of experience in the engineering field;
• Ability to read technical documents;
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and proficiency in creating and manipulating Revit families;
• Knowledge of structural parametric design environments;
• Knowledge of Dynamo;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD;
• Professional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing);
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability;
• Interest in improving design processes through new digital technologies;
• Ability to work independently and within a team;
• Flexible attitude towards new working methods and commitment to lifelong learning.

Additional notes:

• One day per week presence required at the Venice office if working from Milan;
• Knowledge of structural design software such as Autodesk Navisworks, Nemetschek Solibri, and Trimble Tekla is a plus;
• Professional certification in Autodesk Revit Structure is a plus;
• Knowledge of Autodesk Dynamo is advantageous.
