BIM Engineer

Context

We are looking for a Senior BIM to be assigned to relevant infrastructural projects, supporting our engineering teams.

Missions/Main Duties

The Main Responsibilities Include

• BIM Management and Coordination: Overseeing the adoption of BIM methodologies in projects, ensuring the quality, consistency, and compatibility of digital models across different teams, and guaranteeing the overall effectiveness of design and construction processes.
• BIM Model Development: Creating, managing, and updating BIM models, integrating data from various design disciplines, and ensuring that the information is accurate, complete, and easily accessible throughout all phases of the project.
• Team Training and Support: Providing ongoing training and technical support to team members and external parties involved in the project, ensuring correct understanding and application of BIM methodologies and tools.
• Technological Innovation: Continuously monitoring the latest trends and technological innovations in the BIM and construction sectors, proposing advanced solutions to optimize workflows and improve final outcomes, enhancing efficiency and the competitiveness of the organization.
• Experience in geotechnics, structures, or infrastructure.

Profile/Skills

• Master’s degree in engineering.
• 5 years of experience. Experience gathered in underground transportation project will be appreciated.
• Proficiency in English and Italian language (written and spoken)
• Autodesk BIM Suite proficient users (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Civil 3D)
• Proactivity in proposing innovative and optimised technical solutions.
• Strong time management/prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM.
• High level communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Programming Languages.
