BIM Coordinator - Professional

Currently, we are strengthening our team within the Construction area.

Responsibilities

• Develop the BIM model for concrete/steel structures starting from preliminary information and aligning it to standards and workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally and/or externally with other disciplines.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from the BIM platform.
• Create interconnected models and coordinate interdisciplinary models.
• Support the construction phase with rapid checks and extraction of information from the model.
• Research new BIM‑related software.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in the use of AllPlan and/or Tekla software.
• Experience in designing steel and concrete structures (no calculation).
• Experience in the design phases (layout/feed, basic and detailed design).
• Preliminary feasibility studies of lifting (crane positioning and interference control).
• Experience in calculating material quantities from AllPlan/Tekla.
• Experience of at least 5 years in the industrial/chemical/O&G sector.
