BIM Coordinator
Up to €70'000 + Overseas Allowance + Solo Accommodation +Flights + Travel
Our client is a leading European data centre delivery specialist, delivering large-scale, turnkey hyperscale projects across multiple countries. Operating at the forefront of mission-critical construction, the business provides fully integrated solutions from design through to commissioning across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
With a significant pipeline of live and upcoming projects across Europe — this organisation continues to expand its technical teams to support sustained growth.
As part of this expansion, multiple BIM Coordinators are required to join a high-performing head office team, supporting complex, fast-paced data centre projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination
- Deliver 2D & 3D coordination milestones in line with the BIM Execution Plan
- Produce coordinated drawings, models, and schedules
- Liaise with package managers and site teams on complex MEP installations
- Support and mentor junior BIM team members
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years’ experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong Revit experience (MEP focus essential)
- AutoCAD (preferred) and Navisworks (advantageous)
- Relevant degree in Engineering or similar
- Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills
