Bilingual Senior Sales Specialist (Italian /English)

Mission

Help foster relationships and deliver excellent outcomes with both sellers and collectors locally and internationally. Develop long‑lasting partnerships while contributing to revenue growth and product development in a fast‑moving, innovative company.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact throughout the auction process, coordinating end‑to‑end activities from pre‑sales through to post‑sales.
  • Communicate and build client relationships to foster long‑term repeat business.
  • Research values of collectible cars, analysing industry trends to inform pricing decisions and determine competitive market reserves.
  • Manage the full consignment process, including administration tasks and photography arrangements.
  • Continuously build your network and bring in new business opportunities for the Collecting Group.
  • Use Salesforce to manage consignments and customer data from prospect to auction close.
  • Participate in external events to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the wider Collecting Group team to support overall success.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales‑based role with a proven record of meeting revenue goals.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to take the initiative to close sales.
  • Open‑minded and inquisitive, constantly seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Skilled at negotiating sale terms with customers.
  • Commercial yet customer‑first mindset, delivering excellent service that builds reputation and referrals.
  • Assured telephone manner with the ability to achieve high call volumes.
  • Ability to research and absorb information quickly to identify suitable vehicles from multiple high‑resolution images.
  • Attention to detail and an investigative approach.
  • Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
