Essity seeks a Customer Service Representative for its office in Legnano (Milan area). You will act as the voice of the customer, manage order-related activities, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
You will handle inquiries, requests, complaints, and escalations, document interactions in SAP, and contribute to continuous service improvements while maintaining a strong customer focus in Italian and English.
