Triumph Group, a global leader in lingerie, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Segrate (MI) office. This role is hybrid, with two mandatory on-site days. You will manage orders, ensure on-time delivery, and handle returns and credits while collaborating with Sales, Finance and national accounts to elevate customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in a relevant role, fluent English, and Dutch/French/Danish. Italian is a plus.
