BIJOUX SPECIAL PROJECT SPECIALIST

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT MAIN PURPOSE The Bijoux Special Project Specialist will join the Product Development team, reporting to the Senior Bijoux Business Unit Manager. We are looking for a hybrid profile, strongly oriented towards the product and the data system, which acts as a bridge between design, production and the costing area. The resource will manage the product life cycle information system of the collections (PLM) and will specifically lead the transition of Made to Order, VIP and VIC tailor-made orders ensuring technical feasibility, compliance with deadlines and optimization of production costs. Job Responsibilities YOUR IMPACT Key Responsibilities The resource, included within the Bijoux Business Unit, will have the following responsibilities: Development and Production of Made to Order/ VIC/ VIP/ GIFT Orders Follow the entire development cycle of MTO custom products and VIP, VIC, and GIFT special orders from initial brief to delivery Constantly aligning with Design and Marketing in Paris for the fine-tuning of the pieces and the management of any changes during the work Interfacing daily with Suppliers and the Purchasing, Industrialization and Quality departments to transform customer requests into pieces that follow the company\'s quality standards within the agreed times and costs. Data Management & PLM System Ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical data, bills of materials (BOM) and product sheets within PLM software Keep systems up to date regarding specific product variants, materials, and manufacturing processes Cost Management and Control Monitor, estimate, and negotiate production costs Business Unit cross-functional Support For the Standard Collections, when necessary, he/she collaborates proactively with the rest of the Team in terms of Launches management, material research, technical solutions and supports to the Data System and Costing Profile PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics with strong technical inclination or Technical Diploma with equivalent experience Previous experience in jewelry and bijoux, at least 3-5 years Fluent in English (knowledge of French is considered a plus) Advanced Excel Willingness to travel Priority management and problem solving Attention to detail and precision Results-oriented Proactiveness and openness to innovation Excellent knowledge of the main PLM systems and preferable of the SAP system Additional Information ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Location: Celine Production, via di Meleto, 1 Strada in Chianti – Tuscany (FI) Starting Date: September 2026 For new joiners in this role, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 40.000. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
