We are looking for a Bids and Projects Manager with at least 2‑year experience in engineering and project management, strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Key Duties

  • Manage Process Control actions of the BL, particularly those decided within Monthly Programs Reviews.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the BL Operating Model through the BL organization to achieve overall operational efficiency and simplification.
  • Provide support and visibility for company improvement initiatives and compliance with QMS and company rules/processes.
  • Support resource management of forecasted programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.
  • Contribute to the competitiveness improvement process, monitoring actions and results.
  • Support and contribute to harmonization and standardization of executive reporting among all BLOEN domains.
  • Participate in major Program MRP’s and Bid’s Gate, providing BLOEN point of attention with identification/anticipation of critical issues and proposing forward‑action plans via interfacing entities and stakeholders.
  • Support bids and projects when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM, including consolidation of corresponding workload.
  • Contribute to monthly analysis of BLOEN domains performance, highlighting risks and criticalities, and help define corrective actions and relevant plans.
  • Support the exploitation and improvement of products in observation, navigation and exploration domains.
  • Contribute to managing and exploiting national filiere, PNRR related topics including Space Smart Factory / Joint Lab.
  • Contribute to OEN documentation preparation (OEN staff, SBP, MYB…) with notes, presentations and reporting memos.
  • Manage Risks & Opportunities: maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation, and shape opportunities plans.
  • Produce KPIs, prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow‑up.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications Required

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering (specialty).
  • More than 2 years’ experience in project management.
  • Experience in core process development, feasibility and economic impact analysis.
  • Risk and opportunity analysis and control plan skills.
  • Ability to establish work plans for each phase of the lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of transition & change management and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in new product development.
  • Good knowledge of financial parameters.
  • Fluency in English is an asset.
  • Experience in engineering and financial management, preferably with exposure to digital transformation.
