What you’ll do

Oversee the entire tender deliverable process, ensuring high quality, compliance, and strategic alignment to maximize the chance of award.

Define and enforce documentation templates, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines, coordinating all internal and external contributors.

Directly draft and review technical sections, strategically positioning the proposal for the highest possible technical evaluation score.

Collaborate on the creation of the Executive Summary, shaping the strategic messaging and compelling value proposition of the offer.

Lead post-tender debriefs, conduct performance analysis, and identify actionable improvements with the Sales team.

Serve as the primary interface with the Tender Office, Customer Success Manager, Partner/System Integrator, Solution Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Product Teams.

What’ll you need

8+ years of experience, with profound expertise in drafting complex technical offers for both public and private tenders.

In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and technical-economic evaluation methods.

Experience defining end-to-end IT solutions and comprehensive project planning (including costs, effort estimation, and Gantt charts).

Strong stakeholder management, project management discipline, and a results-focused mindset.

Excellent writing skills, ability to produce executive syntheses, and strategic thinking.

Fluent Italian and professional English proficiency, required for drafting offers and engaging with international stakeholders.

What's nice to have

Fluency in Spanish and/or German.

Prior background in Field Service Management (FSM) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domains.
