Overview
Bid & Proposal Manager role at ELT Group . Lead the Interfunctional Offer Team in performing the Offer & Contract process steps.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Manager driving the bid process up to contractual negotiations, acting as a liaison among Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal
- Coordinating the Offer Team in selecting the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid
- Monitoring the Offer Delivery Plan together with the Offer Team member and scheduling the Bid Reviews
- Guaranteeing that the Company Functions in charge are effectively engaged to ensure the correctness and completeness of the offer data package, including cost estimates
- Elaborating price build up documents and price auditing material in accordance with the current regulatory scenario
- Supporting the Sales Manager in discussing the offer package in contractual negotiations
- Elaborating Annual Order Acquisition forecast and contributing to the Medium and Long-Term Budget plan, ensuring estimate validations in conjunction with the other functions involved
- Contributing to develop knowledge of business, product and services on the basis of the past bids and experiences
Qualifications
- 3-5 years bid/proposal management related experience.
- Excellent communication and teamworking
- Relationship-building and influencing skills
- Proactiveness and strongly goal oriented
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking
- Desirable acquaintance with Data Analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
