Siemens, represented by LHH, is looking for a permanent contractor to join the Electrification and Automation – Customer Services area in Milan, Italy.

Your Challenge
Your mission is to prepare and manage technical and commercial offers for revamping, retrofitting, and service activities, ensuring competitive, accurate, and timely proposals fully aligned with customer and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documentation, technical specifications, and customer requirements, with a specific focus on revamping electrical protection systems and retrofitting solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for modernization, upgrade, and service contracts. Develop cost estimation and guarantee cost‑efficient, competitive solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Standardize recurring solutions and support continuous improvement in proposal processes. Monitor deadlines, ensuring high‑quality and on‑time delivery of all proposals.
- Interface with internal and HQ stakeholders for alignment on technical and commercial strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience in proposals for revamping of electrical protection/systems and retrofitting within service activities.
- Solid knowledge of protection relays, automation systems, electrical distribution, and related service solutions.
- Pragmatic, hands‑on approach with the ability to “know where to put your hands”. Strong orientation to targets, cost optimization, and efficiency.
- Team player mindset with excellent collaboration across functions and international counterparts.
- Degree in Electrical/Energy/Automation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Passion to never-stop growing.
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy.
