TATA Consultancy Services, a company leader in the IT consultancy sector since 1968, is searching a Business Development Manager to drive the Sales strategy and efforts in the country, specifically in the BFSI industry .

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and new clients' acquisitions within the company, with the ability of interacting with the local and global markets.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual, with has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong, interpersonal relationships with existing customers and potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business.
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.
  • Develop and promote large scale revenue-growth strategies in the assigned market.
  • Make sales projections and forecast revenue, in line with projected income.
  • Negotiate client pricing.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or other relevant topics
  • 10+ years' of sales experience in IT projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
