About The Job
The Louis Vuitton Beauty Expert serves as a transversal advisor with specialized expertise in beauty and perfume, supporting the client experience and driving credibility for the Maison’s new métier. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, combining technical expertise with storytelling to enhance client engagement. The Beauty Expert also acts as an in-store resource, sharing knowledge with clients and collaborating with the team to achieve excellence in beauty.
Job responsibilities
Client Advisory and Expertise:

• Provide tailored beauty consultations, offering personalized advice on makeup, skincare, and perfumes to enhance the client experience.
• Assist clients with product selection, ensuring a seamless and luxurious service aligned with their needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and Louis Vuitton’s product offerings to establish credibility and authority in beauty.
  

Delivering Elevated Client Experience:

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing memorable, high-touch service and personalized attention.
• Support the creation of an elevated client journey, ensuring every interaction is infused with the Maison’s elegance and innovation.
• Anticipate and respond to client needs with precision and care, maintaining Louis Vuitton’s standard of luxury.
  

Storytelling and Brand Connection:

Supporting Team Training and Development:

Profile
Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury makeup or beauty retail.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional client service in a luxury environment.
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong makeup application skills, with a focus on personalized recommendations and techniques.
• Ability to adapt beauty solutions to meet diverse client needs and styles.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
