Sephora in Milan seeks a Category Specialist to shape category strategies, tailor assortments and marketing plans to local needs, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate launches and budgets. You will work with Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Finance to drive turnover and margins in a dynamic, inclusive culture.
The role requires 2–3 years in category or marketing, strong analytical skills, fluency in Italian and English, and excellent communication to build partnerships across teams.
