Beauty Advisor - Casalecchio

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
• Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
• Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
