Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and safety-oriented Beach Manager to join our team at the property located in Mangia’s Sardinia Resort . The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing beach operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with health and safety standards
• Create and maintain a safe beach environment for both guests and staff
• Supervise the maintenance, repair, and security of all beach equipment
• Lead the beach team in proactively assisting guests with equipment and services
• Stay up to date with local legislation and ensure full compliance in beach operations
• Coordinate with other departments to support social events and operational briefings

Requirements:

• Previous experience in beach or outdoor facility management, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments
• Fluency in Italian; English proficiency preferred
• Flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
