What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a BDR Intern who thrives on opening doors and creating opportunities.

You’ll work closely with our Account Executive and Growth Lead to ensure the pipeline is constantly fueled with qualified meetings. This is a high-impact entry-level role where your curiosity, persistence, and communication skills will directly shape our growth trajectory.

Your main goals:

  • Feed the Account Executive with qualified meetings with potential customers in our target market.
  • Identify and connect with the decision makers within prospect companies.
  • Ensure a smooth and effective handoff to the AE, making sure meetings are well-prepared and qualified.
  • Actively contribute feedback to continuously improve the sales process.

What you'll work on:

  • Run outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work on opportunities generated by the growth team.
  • Drive re-engagement with lost or underworked opportunities already in the CRM.
  • Keep the CRM organized and up-to-date, following established processes.
  • Analyze your performance and track funnel data, looking not just at meetings booked but also how they convert into deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Growth Lead to share insights, feedback, and process improvements.

About you:

  • Fluent in Italian, with solid English skills.
  • You’re not afraid of the phone: you enjoy conversations and know how to keep them flowing.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and positive, with the drive to make an impact from day one.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment of dynamism and fast pace.
  • Curious and motivated to be part of a growing project.

What we expect:

Within days:

  • Learn our product and ICP.
  • Understand what defines a Sales-Qualified Lead.
  • Book your first qualified meeting.

Within weeks:

  • Track and report initial engagement metrics to your manager.
  • Manage opportunities in the CRM independently.
  • Share feedback on which channels and messages work best.

Within months:

  • Consistently hit your monthly quota of qualified meetings.
  • Help refine outreach and re-engagement strategies.
  • Be a trusted contributor to improving our sales process.

What we offer:

  • Compensation: €800 net per month.
  • Duration: 6-month internship with the purpose of employment.
  • Location: 100% remote.
