By partnering with hotels, residential compounds and corporate campuses through its flexible solution, Unicorn Mobility delivers software-enhanced mobility experiences to the end users.
We are expanding fast across Europe and are looking for ambitious BDR candidates who seek a new challenge in their sales career.
Your Mission
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs, and communicate the value proposition
- Contact and qualify potential customers, outbound and inbound.
- Run a large number of calls and emails to cold leads.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team in order to align on strategies and action plan
- Generate qualified appointments with C-Levels
- Update all Sales activities in our CRM (today we're using Hubspot)
- Working with Unicorn Mobility Global Sales Team.
Your Ideal Profile
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative.
- Preferred experience in SaaS, and tech software. Travel and Hospitality are a huge plus.
- Proven track record of hitting quota and running activities on your own.
- Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.
- Native level of spoken and written Italian and professional English is a must;
Spanish is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email.
- Keen interest in commencing a career in a high-performing sales culture
- Demonstrable commercial experience in dealing with C-levels
- Knowledge of HubSpot is a must. Apollo, Instantly and G-Suite is a plus.
