Role: Sales Engineer,Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
The company is seeking a technically skilled and commercially astute Sales Engineer to join its growing team. Acting as the key link between customers and solutions, this role supports business development through technical expertise, consultation, and clear communication. The Sales Engineer will help identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored BESS solutions across the European market.
The ideal person:
- Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related discipline
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or application engineering within the energy storage or renewable energy sector
- Possesses strong understanding of BESS technology, PCS, EMS, and grid connection requirements
- Communicates confidently in both Italian and English
- Is proactive, customer-oriented, and comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits
