BasicNet - Training Specialist

We are lookingfor a Training & Development Specialist toto support the design, coordination and implementation of training initiatives across the Group.

The role will contribute to the development of employees’ skills, ensuring effective use of funded training opportunities and alignment between training activities, business objectives, organizational needs and compliance requirements.

Knownledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• At least 3 years of experience in Training & Development roles within structured organization
• Solid knowledge of funded training programs (e.g. interprofessional funds), including application, management and reporting phases
• Good understanding of training needs analysis, instructional design and learning evaluation
• Experience in coordinating training plans and managing relationships with training providers
• Ability to work autonomously in a multi-site and multi-stakeholder environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and operational mindset
• Good communication skills, proactive attitude and strong interest in people development
• Proficient English language skills
• Previous experience in retail environments (with exposure to training initiatives for store staff) is appreciated
