For the strengthening of our HR department, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized HR Administration Specialist to join our HR Administration team based in Turin.
The resource will support the HR team by managing employee records, overseeing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, this role will play an important part in maintaining efficient and well-organized HR operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required

  • Degree in Law, Labor Consultancy or related field;
  • Proven experience in HR administration (2+ years);
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills;
  • Strong interpersonally and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
