Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & F&B Leadership
- Oversee daily Bar & Restaurant operations with a strong hands‑on approach, ensuring seamless execution of all service periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service.
- Actively lead service from the floor, setting the tone through visible presence, operational discipline, and genuine guest interaction.
- Ensure adherence to Aethos brand standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines while fostering a personalized, lifestyle‑driven hospitality experience.
- Supervise floor operations in real time, monitor service flow and ambiance, and proactively resolve operational challenges with agility and ownership.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with financial procedures, maintaining a balance between operational efficiency and elevated guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house, reinforcing a cohesive and curated dining concept.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the service and bar teams by example, promoting accountability, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive service mindset aligned with Aethos values.
- Act as primary escalation point for guest concerns, resolving issues with professionalism, empathy, and decisiveness while protecting the brand reputation.
- Financial Performance & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth while preserving the authenticity and positioning of the Aethos lifestyle concept.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities that feel natural, curated, and experience‑driven, increasing average check and guest engagement.
- Analyze sales performance, covers, revenue trends, and guest behavior data to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on high‑performing products and experiences.
- Guest Experience & Service Personalization
- Deliver and model exceptional hospitality fully aligned with the Aethos philosophy of authenticity, creativity, and meaningful connection.
- Maintain a strong and constant presence on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and building long‑term relationships.
- Curate memorable dining and bar experiences that reflect the lifestyle positioning of the brand — sophisticated yet relaxed, elegant yet approachable.
- Ensure service consistency while empowering the team to express personality and warmth in every interaction.
- Foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that positions the restaurant and bar as a destination for both hotel guests and the local community.

- Fluent in English & Italian is a must
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth in a restaurant or hospitality setting
