Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled barista to join our team at NONDUM. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and eager to share knowledge with customers while ensuring an excellent café experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Engage with customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is a must
- Knowledge of specialty coffee and latte art is highly appreciated
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and passion for customer service
- Italian and English language skills are a must.
