We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.

Role Overview

The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong understanding of bar management, and excellent leadership skills. You will be tasked with delivering top-notch service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise bar staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control. Ensure the bar is always stocked with necessary supplies and materials, while managing waste and minimizing costs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service. Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Cocktail and Menu Creation: Work with the team to develop creative cocktail menus and ensure the quality of beverages is consistent. Stay current with industry trends and innovate with new offerings.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, including alcohol licensing laws and food safety procedures.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage the bar’s budget, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to meet financial targets and boost sales.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and oversee events, promotions, or special functions held at the bar. Collaborate with other departments for smooth execution.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
