About the Role
Citi Banking is looking for a 6‑Month Placement Analyst to join the Investment Banking team in Milan starting July 2026.
The Investment Banking group advises corporate clients that want to raise funds in capital markets and requires strategic support in financial transactions. Initiatives you may work on with clients include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, under‑writings, and distribution of equity, debt, and derivative securities.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct research and analyze industry trends related to business development.
- Build financial models, assess valuations and explore corporate finance solutions for big‑picture financial analyses.
- Participate in client development, including coordinating data with clients and assisting in presenting new ideas to them.
Who We’re Looking For
- Available to start in July 2026.
- Strong academics.
- Enrolled in a university that can provide an internship agreement.
- Interest in Investment Banking.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- In your CV, specify: graduation grade; exam GPA (“media ponderata”); GMAT grade (if applicable); high school grade.
