You will be placed with the Corporate Banking team in Milan to work with for the duration of the internship. • Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis* Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis* Liaise with product partners* Assist in the presentation and development of new ideas to clients* Participate to live deals structuring* You are available to start from July 2026 or August 2026* You have a strong academics* You are currently enrolled in a University that can provide an internship agreement* Fluent in Italian and English* Solid analytical / quantitative skills, balance sheet knowledge, and high attention to details* Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and strong commitment* Genuine interest in the corporate finance business and curiosity to learn more* Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn and success in team environments* Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is a plus, but not required* Strong communication, planning and organizational skills* Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry* Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making
