To support our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Back Office & Operations Assistant . The selected candidate will work closely with management and production teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient supplier coordination, and effective support during company events and activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Supplier & Procurement Support

  • Manage purchase orders and material requests
  • Monitor delivery timelines and verify delivery documents (DDT)
  • Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supply flows

Logistics & Shipping Coordination

  • Prepare shipping labels and required documentation
  • Coordinate courier pickups and shipments
  • Support both national and international logistics activities

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and handling candidate communication
  • Provide basic administrative support to HR processes

Events & Exhibitions Support

  • Prepare materials and documents for trade fairs and company events
  • Organize logistics before, during, and after events
  • Participate in selected events when needed

Back Office & Administrative Support

  • Update and monitor company databases, platforms, and portals
  • Support internal workflow coordination across departments
  • Provide general operational and administrative assistance


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Languages, Communication, or related fields
  • Fluent English and at least basic Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
  • Good digital literacy and familiarity with office tools and online platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, well-presented demeanor, especially when interacting with clients
  • Driving license and residence within approximately 20 km of the company (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset
