InPost is a leading player in the business-to-consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 3000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24⁄7) enabling customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Overview

A fantastic opportunity to join the Operations team at InPost Italy. We’re investing in our Customer Experience and on a mission to take our Customer Service & User Experience to the highest level. This role is a crucial part of this transformation.


What you need to succeed

  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks, documentation, and data in a structured and accurate way.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in handling documentation, reports, and internal records.
  • Good communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and, when needed, with external partners via email and calls.
  • Proactive attitude: Willingness to learn, support daily back-office activities, and take initiative under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Team spirit: Ability to collaborate with different departments in a structured and multinational environment.
  • Basic computer skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); interest in learning internal systems and tools.


About your role

You will support the back-office activities of the Account operation team , ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency in daily operations.

  • Support internal account and partner management activities from a back-office perspective.
  • Update and maintain company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of partner data, contracts, project details, and operational information.
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, deadlines, and internal workflows.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks related to partners and projects, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Archive, organize, and maintain internal and external documentation according to company standards.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal materials for account and partner management activities.
