Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Specialist.


Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.


RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Pick up costumer incoming calls
  • Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
  • Data entry within a business management system
  • Back office
  • Pick up costumer incoming calls
  • Sales Orders creation / order confirmations
  • Delivery notes


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • SAP knowledge may be advantageous.
  • English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written


The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract. No Smart working is not considered.
