BA IT - (Customer Relationship Center)

Overview

You will join our team dedicated to the Customer Relationship Center , supporting business transformation and digitalization projects in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requirements documentation for CRC-related projects
• Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
• Prepare configuration guidelines for system implementation
• Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
• Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Qualifications

• 5‑7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement
• Experience in Customer Relationship Center
• Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
• Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects
• Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
• English and Italian fluent
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Adaptability in multicultural environments
• Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
