Within the B2F (Business to Farmer) team, which offers Italian farms a comprehensive digital solution and highly specialized digital-farming consultancy, we are looking for a B2F Sales Consultant – Central Italy .
Work area:
Central Italy, ideally based in Tuscany. The role will cover Tuscany, Lazio, Marche, and Umbria.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the market in Central Italy by acquiring new clients and implementing upselling strategies with existing customers;
- Develop new business opportunities within the assigned area;
- Use CRM tools effectively;
- Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored commercial proposals;
- Guide and support clients throughout their digital transformation process;
- Ensure service quality and customer support through constant communication with other company departments;
- Achieve both individual and team targets.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences;
- At least 1 year of previous sales experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in smart farming;
- Strong interest in digital technologies;
- Goal-oriented mindset;
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Willingness to travel nationally;
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Motivation, passion, and enthusiasm;
- Valid category B driving license.
