About the Role

Come join the future of hospitality and be the new Partnership Manager of our brand‑new Rome location. As our Partnership Manager at The Social Hub, you are the entrepreneur between entrepreneurs, responsible for building out new partnerships and fostering our existing ones to achieve commercial targets and drive our Italian locations forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Co‑create the local sales and in‑house sales strategy on different segments, budgets and action plans aligned with the global action plan.
  • Build out partnerships to cross and upsell on product and properties, with special focus on business acquisition for new opening Italian locations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current partners and accounts, drafting proposals.
  • Drive B2B sales across all segments to achieve overall revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Actively identify business leads by looking at local market trends and competitor developments.
  • Create and nurture a network of partners in business, education and the leisure segment through acquisition and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to innovate and develop new commercial tactics contributing to your location’s success.
  • Work together with your team to deliver unforgettable experiences & events for all our guests, identifying new guest‑experience opportunities.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell to increase the TSH guest experience & revenue.

Who You Are

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of and a network in the local market/hospitality industry in Rome.
  • Lead by example, embodying TSH brand values and delivering exceptional product knowledge.
  • Proactive, hands‑on with a strong work ethic and ambition to grow with the organization.
  • Excellent problem‑analysis and decision‑making skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages a plus).
  • Based in Rome or Florence and available to travel.
  • Legally allowed to work in Italy.
