We are looking for a B2B Sales Operations Specialist.


He/She plays a key role in enabling commercial organization by ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations for vehicles and related services.

This position acts as a central coordinator between customers, sales and rental intermediaries, the dealer network, and internal departments.

The role ensures accuracy, efficiency and compliance across orders, contracts, promotional initiatives, and commercial bonus processes. It is a pivotal function contributing to operational continuity and commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Support

  • Prepare commercial offers, customized quotations, and technical documentation for dealers and corporate clients.
  • Manage order entry, approval workflows, and progress tracking through sector-specific management systems (DMS, SAP, CRM tools).

Analysis & Reporting

  • Produce sales reports on volumes, margins, model performance, and market trends, integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Support planning and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Develop complex analyses to guide business decisions and prepare high-quality presentations for senior management.

Product & Process Expertise

  • Maintain solid knowledge of the vehicle range, available options, and accessory services.
  • Understand OEM processes and internal procedures to ensure timely and precise support to the sales organization.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Administration, and Service teams to resolve issues and enable seamless commercial execution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, leveraging AI tools where applicable.


Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales operations and order-to-delivery processes in corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, DMS, SAP, or other enterprise management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Soft Skills

  • Strong customer orientation toward B2B stakeholders (dealers, fleets, partners).
  • High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in handling data and commercial documentation.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage issues across approvals, configurations, deliveries, and margins.
  • Effective communication and resilience in cross-functional interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Industrial/Management Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, commercial back-office, or similar roles in automotive, services, telecom, or financial industries.
  • Experience with corporate enterprise systems and reporting tools.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
