About the Company :

We are an international company developing innovative self-service solutions for the logistics retail and HoReCa sectors. As part of our global expansion we are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in key international markets.

Description :

As a B2B Sales Manager you will play a key role in driving global business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients building strategic partnerships and expanding into new regions. You will actively search for leads across all available channels attend industry events and conferences worldwide and help shape the companys international sales strategy. Your goal will be to increase sales and position the company as a leading provider of self-service solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Actively search for new B2B leads through all available resources (online platforms outbound outreach professional networks etc.)
  • Attend international conferences exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and explore new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for entering and expanding in new regions
  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients across various international markets
  • Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct product presentations lead negotiations and close deals
  • Understand client needs and offer customized self-service solutions
  • Work closely with internal departments (product tech operations) to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports
  • Analyze global market trends and monitor competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly international sales targets

Requirements :

  • 5 year of experience in B2B sales preferably in technology logistics retail or HoReCa sectors
  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads independently on an international scale
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to international industry events and client meetings
  • Strategic mindset and ability to evaluate and enter new markets
  • Proactive result-oriented approach with excellent self-management skills
  • Fluent English (B2); knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus
  • Nice to Have :

  • Knowledge of the self-service solutions market
  • Experience working in a multicultural international team
  • Background in parcel locker development and / or engineering-based manufacturing
