Role and Responsibilities
Support B2B Sales Manager in performing all organizational tasks related to AV B2B Sales activities, by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis, customer care and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer meetings data and presentation
- Provide analysis on market data
- Monitor and analysis sales data on a weekly and monthly basis
- Preparation and analysis of commercial reports
- Prospecting, execute cold calling, emailing, and social selling strategies to engage potential B2B clients
- Lead Qualification, assess prospect needs and fit to determine if they are qualified
- Meeting Scheduling, schedule meetings or demonstrations for sales manager to move opportunities forward
- Research & CRM Maintenance, identify potential clients, map decision-makers, and maintain accurate data within CRM systems
- Follow up any communications / offers in line with Sales Manager guidelines
- Liaise Agents and Customers relationship
- Support and carry on Commercial Agreement: preliminary filling, sending, on-line contracts SAP insertion
- Management of relations with other functions
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree preferably with Economical specialization.
Professional Background: 1-2 years exp in commercial area.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent Excel and Powerpoint required.
Language Knowledge: Very good written English; good spoken English.
Others: strong analytic skills, dynamism and flexibility, problem solving approach, proactivity
