What You’ll Do
- Sell high-value IT recruitment solutions to Malta’s fastest-growing companies
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and build long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with delivery consultants who’ll help you deliver on every deal
- Become the trusted advisor your clients turn to for growth and hiring strategy
What You’ll Gain
You’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commission: €38K+ in your first year and €61K+ by year two, with top performers making over €80K. The harder you work, the more you earn, no limits here. You’ll also benefit from hands-on training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a clear promotion path you can see - and hit.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 6–18 months in B2B sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Real Estate or similar
- A high-performance mindset and ambition for more than the average sales job
- Fluent English and EU passport/citizenship
- Readiness to relocate for an office-based role in Ta’ Xbiex, Malta (Mon–Fri)
