Your Mission

As a B2B Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in the international expansion of the brand. You will support our sales team in building and nurturing partnerships with boutiques, concept stores, luxury hotels, and premium distributors. You'll act as a vital bridge between our artisanal vision and global commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation and qualification of B2B prospects (retailers, hotels, concept stores, etc.)
  • Manage follow-ups with current and potential B2B clients via email, phone, and personalized presentations
  • Prepare and update product catalogs, commercial proposals, and tailored offers
  • Coordinate sample requests and order processing with the logistics and production team
  • Participate in international trade shows and assist with private events and B2B presentations
  • Keep the CRM database updated with client interactions and opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fashion, luxury, or Made in Italy sectors
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
