What you'll be doing day to day
Develop new business opportunities by building long lasting relationships with companies, professionals and public organisations, making IKEA their preferred partner for furnishing solutions.
Lead and develop a team of consultants and designers, supporting business and private customers in creating complete furnishing solutions.
Identify market opportunities, generate new business and turn customer needs into commercial projects that create value for both customers and IKEA.
Build trust with customers throughout the entire journey, from the first contact to the delivery of the project, creating long term partnerships.
What you'll need to have
Experience in business development, B2B sales or account management, with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
Passion for interior design and space planning, with the ability to translate customer needs into complete furnishing solutions.
Strong commercial mindset, networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with companies, professionals and public organisations.
Positive leadership, coaching skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
