Senior Product & Solution Architect
As a Product & Solution Architect at RGI, you will play a key role in shaping the architectural and engineering direction of our insurance platforms.
You will work closely with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions, ensuring seamless integration within our clients’ application landscapes.
This is a role for someone who combines strong architectural vision with hands-on technical credibility , and who is comfortable operating across product and delivery contexts.
Drive architectural consistency across business lines and delivery projects
Provide architectural and engineering guidance and support delivery teams and IT services
5+ years of experience leading architectural initiatives or technical project teams
~ Proven contribution to the implementation of complex software solutions
~ Experience delivering projects on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and core components provided by them (AWS: ALB, EKS, EFS, ECR…; Strong knowledge of Java / JavaEE, Quarkus, Bash, helm
Solid experience with REST APIs , OpenAPI / AsyncAPI and web services
Good knowledge of SQL, DMBS and NoSql DB
Good knowledge of major middleware components (application servers, redis, load balancers, proxy/reverse proxy, servers)
Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and Angular frameworks
Italian language is preferred.
Fluent English is required.
Hybrid working model
Gross annual salary range: 50.000 € - 65.000 € , depending on experience and profile, plus company benefits and welfare plan
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics or equivalent disciplines preferred.
