Qualification:

- Relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to the ENAC.

- Part-147 ATA Level I / Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 (General Familiarisation) aircraft type training course on each aircraft type of Cargolux Italia aircraft fleet or any other course at equivalent level approved by the competent authority;

- Informatics knowledge: main Windows software applications;
MRO software (AMOS preferrable).

- Preferrable knowledge of ISO 27001/ED 204 standard;

- Language knowledge: English, written and spoken;

- Knowledge of ENAC and EASA regulation;

- Workingcurriculum: 3 years in an airline, two of which in Engineering departments.


Duties and Responsibilities:

- Check, approve and monitor AD's evaluation.

- Check, approve (or not) and monitor the SB's/SL's evaluation.

- Check and approve document related to modifications/repairs out of approved data.

- Check and supervise each Maintenance Program revision.

- Check and supervise monthly Reliability Report.

- Support Troubleshooting department.

- Check MMEL and DDG and prepare the Cargolux Italia MEL accordingly.

- Provide technical support to CAMO PH in the initial issue of the technical Mandatory Occurrence Reports (MOR) and further follow up / closing action to update the MOR.

- Assist the CAMO PH in the preparation of corrective action plan following ENAC and or internal audits.

- Assist the CAMO PH in the preparation and approval of documentation required by the ARS for Airworthiness Reviews.

- Daily review the Aircraft Technical Log for reported defects and rectifications.

- Define the aircraft operational configuration and prepare Compliance Report to applicable rules (Part-26 /Reg. 965/2012 Part-CAT.IDE.A, R.T. III 30 C).

- Issue Technical Report (TR) to substantiate MP and MEL, to manage investigations, to manage "trial program", to define any specification.

- Issue Technical Instruction (TI) to perform specific tasks on aircraft, system or components, to require specific troubleshooting.

- Daily review of Aircraft Technical Log for reported defects and rectifications related to Specific Approvals items (RVSM, MNPS, CAT II / III, etc.).

- FDR data management

- Loadable software management

- Supervise the Aircraft Information Security Program to ensure compliance and relevance.

- Cargo tracking device management.
