Aviation Lawyer-napoli

The international law firm Oracle Solicitors is looking for a Lawyer specialized in Aviation Law.

What is the opportunity?

The Lawyer will be responsible for managing their own caseload, providing expert legal support and advice to airline clients, and assisting paralegals with daily inquiries. The role involves representing the firm in aviation regulatory matters, handling delegated cases, and ensuring high-quality legal service.

What will you do?

• Represent Oracle Solicitors in aviation regulator matters.
• Manage delegated cases and report progress to the Head of Department or Directors.
• Handle own clients and casework across various categories.
• Maintain service quality and legal advice standards.
• Follow internal policies and procedures.
• Stay informed of changes in aviation law to ensure service quality.
• Work as part of a team.
• Prepare for trials and hearings.
• Conduct legal research and gather case information.
• Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence, defenses, witness statements, and legal briefs.
• Take witness statements and assist during trials.

What do you need to succeed?

• Fluent English (interview conducted in English).
• Law Degree and qualification to practice in Italy.
• 1-2 years of legal experience; EU 261 experience is a plus.
• Experience in civil law is required.
• Experience representing aviation institutions is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and productive.
• Excellent research and data management skills.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and judgmental.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to process large amounts of information for legal cases.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of highly regulated industries and legal environments.
